REGISTRATION APPLICATION &
LATE FILING FEES
SCHEDULE OF FEES UNDER THE MORTGAGE BROKERS ACT
ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
| For the registration of a mortgage broker |
$1000 |
| For the registration of a submortgage broker |
$1000 |
| For the registration of a branch location of a mortgage broker |
$200 |
| For the renewal of the registration of a mortgage broker |
$500 |
| For the renewal of the registration of a submortgage broker |
$500 |
| For the transfer of a submortgage broker registration |
$200 |
| For the amendment of registration information, including a change of address or name |
$200 |
| For the late filing of a renewal of registration of a mortgage broker or submortgage broker |
$50 per day to a maximum of $500 |
| For the late filing of a financial filing |
$50 per day to a maximum of $500 |

No Refunds
Applications must be filed with the required fee in order for FICOM to process the application. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If an applicant withdraws his or her application or the application does not result in registration, fees will not be refunded.
