Responsibilities | Mortgage Brokers Registration Information / Forms
Under the Mortgage Brokers Act , registration as a "mortgage broker" may be granted to a company, partnership or sole proprietorship. The employees of the mortgage broker engaged in the arranging of mortgages are required to obtain "sub-mortgage broker" registration under the Act.

Print, complete and submit the Credit Card Payment form with all filings/applications when paying by credit card.

Please note: any documents received by email that contain credit card information
will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. To ensure the security and confidentiality of your
credit card information it will not be accepted electronically.
