Schedule Of Fees Under The Strata Property Act

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

No Refunds

All filings of Rental Disclosure Statements, Amended Rental Disclosure Statements and Applications for Strata Plan Schedule Approvals must be filed with the required fee in order for FICOM to process the filing or application. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If an applicant withdraws a filing or an application, or the filing or application is found to be deficient, fees will not be refunded.

FICOM ACCEPTS MASTERCARD & VISA PAYMENTS
Print, complete and submit the Credit Card Payment form with all filings/applications when paying by credit card.
Submission Options: Mail or Fax (refer to Credit Card Payment Form for more details) By Telephone please call 604 953-5311 to speak to a FICOM staff person who will receive your credit card information over the telephone.
Please note: any documents received by email that contain credit card information will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. To ensure the security and confidentiality of your credit card information it will not be accepted electronically.
